  Ordered two full setups of RAM mounts for both my bikes. The website was easy to navigate and find what i need, orders were confirmed quickly and express posted across the country. A few days later they arrived, all parts accounted for. Installation was simple and the RAM mounts hold my devices solidly, they are fantastic. I would not have any hesitation buying from Johnny Appleseed again in the future, great range of products, fast service, and quick to post. What more could you want from an online purchase.   Purchase went well. After using the AUS & NZ map I have found errors that show Fuel stops that in fact are only Truck pull overs. Especially in the Northern QLD, NT, some also in SA. They should not show Fuel Pump but a "Truck Stop' no fuel available. can be verified looking at Google Earth.

  I've always received great customer service from JA both in store (North Sydney) and over email (Rocklea). Recently I purchased a garmin product that had a screen fault out of the box. Even though I had used the unit post-fault, JA replaced it for me immediately with an entirely new boxed unit with new warranty. No fuss. I can't recommend this business highly enough. Competitive fair pricing, excellent customer service and product knowledge and advice to suit your needs. Very happy!
