  I booked a truck 2 weeks before i move my house and these guys called me 1 day before pick up the truck to let me know they don't have that truck available never go with this unorganize branch again

  This is the second time I have used Thrifty, the first time they stuffed up giving me my bond back of $750 and it took 2 months for it to show back up in my account. Very disappointing as they charge an "Administration fee" with their credit card or debit card fee.

  Had no issues here with hire car pickup and drop off.The girls working the day i was in office were flatout with customers yet they were polite and professional.The car was clean and in good working order. They even spent the time with me to explain the car features etc .

  The office was dirty, the yard was muddy and you cannot leave your car inside even if it is being picked up and dropped off on the same day.

  Really disappointing experience. Staff were unprepared with our order and made us go to another thrifty to get what we has asked for. The whole experience was very expensive and the business model they work off is designed to exploit people. Wouldn't recommend using them for vehicle hire.

  We asked in advance to have a trolley with the truck we rented and they didn't have it for us/gave it to someone else. No effort was made to assist us in getting one we had to drive to another location to get a trolley. Didn't help an already stressful moving day. Their business model is based off of getting your money and the staff are slow to respond, rude and useless.

  Just tell us how much it is straight up whether its card or cash. Very few people are going to come in and pay straight up cash for the whole hire.

  Photo at 1:59pm shows that the tank was full as I left the servo, photo at 2:14pm was the photo I took after I went back to the truck insisting it had been filled up. Both show the level as over.

  Made sure I had filled the truck past full, the lady at the counter said it was under. I disagreed, showed her a receipt and a photo of the level when I filled it up. She insisted it was under and that I would need to fill it up otherwise she would charge $3 per litre to fill. I asked for the keys, went to start it, sat in the drivers seat without moving or starting the truck up and it was clearly past the full line. I told her again that she needs to check it, I haven't moved the truck at all. She came, didn't even sit in the seat to read it and just said it must have moved....
