  Customer service is non existent! Experienced poor service both on collecting the vehicle and dropping the vehicle off. Had this rental not been through insurance I would have walked out - never to return. I will never use Hertz rocklea again

  Rocklea brisbane hertz I wouldn't recommend to any one. Poor service. It's as if they look for ways to charge the customer. Do not smoke in car they can charge you up to $300 for a cleaning fee. They will find something to charge you! I got charged $250 for a tiny scratch on a wheel.Clearly they don't want repeat customers. I left car in perfect order. Clean and undamaged. I would not be surprised if I get a bill in mail for I don't know what. Use another car hire company. I most definitely will be. Thanks.

  Don't go to this place.. rude staff disgusting customer service..they only want your money, that's it..I will never go back there again!
