  Helpful staff, they do the car before/after inspection with you prior to leaving. Quick on the phone incase additional help is needed, smooth process. Great hire.

  Hired vehicles every month for over a year before I found out you can earn flyby points, really annoyed! Tyres are ALWAYS flat, often low on coolant and usually dirty inside rental vehicles! Got chewed out by staff for a faulty fuel gauge and tired of yard staff telling me to fill up vehicles beyond the legal limit. Have had some very good service in the past, but after today when the desk staff was telling me I'm wrong, when I was in the right, tipped me over the edge. Will definitely be going elsewhere after today's fiasco! Today was the worst return service I have ever experienced after more than 20 years hiring vehicles in 4 different states!
